「We were here for a wedding in Mudgee and it was wonderful to return to this little piece of paradise after the event.Well appointed, beautifully linens, well stocked kitchen and a lovely ambiance. Complete with belted Galaways in the Paddock outside. Would love to come back and spend a week working my way through the fabulous collection of books on the bookshelves. Hosts have thought of everything.」

「The property was well stocked, and big enough for two people. The studio was clean, and communication was was good. Parking was also easy, and walkable to local amenities. It was an enjoyable stay!」

「Nice apartment and great for a 2 night stay. Had a balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. Check in was terrible. I was sent an email saying I had entered all my details, but when I arrived there was no reception available. I rang the number and the woman said they did not have my credit card number. It took about half an hour to get wifi and enter my details again.」

「Lovely historic building. Large room. Good parking. Aircon, tv and wifi all worked well. Staff were lovely and there were a few freebies. Well priced and good quality mini bar. The paragon hotel is just across the street and they serve good meals.」

「The apartment was very nice and clean. The reception staff were friendly . The only aspect I didn’t like was, that the apartment wears extremely dark due to a fixed sun shade construction on the balcony. It was almost pitch black without the lights on during the day. The area is rather industrial, but the walk to cafes and restaurants is very short. 」

「Attended for a family members 21st at the wineries This is the 2nd time staying in these properties. Great location. Within walking distance to pubs, town cafes etc. Clean, very well maintained, all the amenities. Will definitely stay again if back in Mudgee 」

「It was easy to relax within the Pit and George environment. Mark and Sandra provide excellent service and hospitality. The meal they created for our first night was both delicious and healthy. We had enough food to stretch over 2 meals. Much of the produce is either sourced from the garden or locally. The location of the property itself adds to the tranquil serenity of Millthorpe and the gardens provide a lovely quiet ambience to wonder within. Each room in the right wing of the house is...
