「This exceeded all expectations. I was concerned upon booking that the actual experience and rooms might be overhyped or a bit silly, but everything was just incredible. One of my best stays in Australia by far. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You were receiving 5 star treatment throughout. 「开始前台给错了房间，因为她没有确认名字和房间类型，只是中国人的姓氏一样的就认为是同一个人。我发现后打电话前台。一个叫Julie的态度十分强硬不友善,可以说很不专业。换了房间后发现房间还不错的。其他员工还可以的。复活节期间的溢价不太划算。WIFI用不了，前台说wifi是坏的。」

「Desk and Restaurant staff were really responsive to our needs. Room was clean and spacious. We had issues with our first room and they switched us quickly without hesitation. EV charging (6 spots) available onsite, but you need a member of the desk staff or restaurant manager to activate it - so it relies on you starting your charge while the desk is attended/restaurant is open.」
