「The bath tub got some stains in yellow, which was not removable by water or soap. The wifi was not workable although we had already notified hotel on day 1 (4 days and 3 nights). 「我住了4個晚上。 1）Reception 的櫃台人員非常友善，動作也很快，很好。 2）早餐我大多都是10:00左右去用餐。食物常常沒有補足，總是沒有咖啡杯和茶杯，擺放食物的餐台常常很亂。 3）因為總是沒有咖啡杯和茶杯，還有兩次熱水壺裡沒有熱開水，我得要請服務人員幫忙，我通常都要講好幾次才有人會處理。 4）退房時間是11:00。我要退房那天早上8:30，我還在睡覺，房務人員就來敲門了，問我要退房了嗎⋯⋯請問這是五星級飯店的水準嗎⋯⋯」
