“Our room is on the mezzaine floor and maybe due to the architect of the building, happens to have many floors, 5 steps when we walk out the elevator and two more in the room. It was annoying since we have a lot of suitcases. Plus there is no view from the room, facing a wall. Quite a disappointment to be honest. I was expecting more better from the hotel”

“There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. ”
