「Nice hotel」

「There’s no bath tub at room. However I remember the website photo shiw there is. Also with heat pool but pool was closed.」

「There is a slope next to the hotel, if you’re traveling with elder people or small children, it might be little inconvenient 」

「I didnt like the lighting on/off button which cannot cater for individual area on/off or dim light requirement 」

「The staff were very knowledgeable on doing various activities locally. I found them very courteous and great talking to. The Sofitel was very close to the transit station and there were buses close by. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal to take the ferry to various places around Sydney. 」

「The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! And one day a staff kicked our door for cleaning service at 8 am, does it make sense? Besides, as flights will fly near the hotel, the noise is disturbing. The only advantage if the hotel is it is really close to metro station. 」
