「Luke was amazing and very welcoming. The cabin was beautiful and animals were a joy to see each morning and evening.
If we did not have to chase after a toddler I might have never left the deck of the cabin. The location and views, no words can express the beauty and the peace you we felt just sitting there.

"This was easily my best stay in Melb. It was the Grand Hyatt team that made this trip memorable. Whilst booking this 4-nights stay, Ms. Linh Truong was very helpful in making the arrangements and ensuring our stay was perfect. Upon arrival, John at Concierge greeted us and took care of the luggage. Everything was promptly taken up to our rooms. Check-in was quick and efficient. The housekeeping team were friendly and stopped by everyday to check that our rooms were cleaned and amenities were refilled. The hotel is in a beautiful and convenient part of Collins Street with a stunning view of the Yarra River. The only qualm I have is the walls are very thin, you can hear the pipes when your neighbours use their shower. I look forward to my next stay at Grand Hyatt Melbourne."
