"We really enjoyed it! Easy to find. Easy check in. Pool right out our 2 bdrm ‘villa’. Great outdoor seating area. Quiet. Lovely dogs and I miss them! Kitchen could have more utensils, oven mitts, small plates, small bowls,better microwave, kettle, things like that but it was fine. Had to pay extra for use of a bbq even though we brought our own charcoal. Pool was lovely. We found great restaurants near by. Easy to get to highways. Try the ceviche place near by. "

"The manager and staffs are really not good. My reservation is one bedroom apartment,they put a lot of Dimethyl sulfate in the apartment.Then they gave me a two bedroom apartment (because they can poison me from upstairs and downstairs,they can pour formic acid in water tank).They put formic acid and toxic chemicals on stove,put pesticide in pot,put formic acid in water tank.Every time when I came out they enter my apartment and spray a lot of formic acid (feel like a lot).They still spray formic...

"Great location. We had a room at the back, so it was also very quiet. Room was good value for the price. No fridhe or coffee in the room. Walkable to many restaurants and the local sites. Our one big problem was that we had only cold water in the shower for our three night stay. Also the water in the bathroom sink only came out in a small dribble. "Property is in a great location. It is spacious and full of natural light, with mini-split air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. Having one bedroom upstairs and one down created a nice degree of privacy.Kitchen is well appointed and was perfect for our group of four. "We were so impressed with the house when we arrived. The pool area is perfect for reading and then taking a dip when it gets too hot. I had a bit of an accident when I was there (sprained ankle) so we weren’t able to get around Mérida as much as we wanted, but thankfully Casa Osito is a great place to recover. I also dropped my keys there and the hosts shipped them back the same day!! Amazing people. Would book here again if we came back to Merida. "

"Grateful for the 24/7 checkin, bec i needed to do an emergency booking at 9pm due to another property in the north falling through due to lack of communication and no checkin instructions provided. They were very accommodating, and also let me transfer to a bigger room w window when i saw that the first room that they put me in didnt have a window. "Our two families (9 people, kids aged 9-14) had an amazing time in our week here. The house is perfect, plenty of space for everyone and with everything you need to cook and enjoy the beautiful outside spaces as well. We adventured to progreso, chuburna beach, and ate at coastal cafe in chelem. "
