「There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.」

「We are both annoyed that we weren't charged for everything up front and ended up having the deposit taken out day of, but the property itself was nice. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. 」

「We were here for my Niece's Wedding and only stayed a couple of nights. The property was great and provided all amenities necessary. Having a big backyard for the pups to run off their pent up energy after a long drive was priceless. Location was perfect with a nice, quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to the wedding venue 」

「We loved Smithville. Perfect location to KC. No complaints but just want others to know it is a lived on property and close to airport so there is a lot of noise and air traffic. I sleep thru everything so it didn’t bother me! Great place if you want to kick back and relax all weekend for sure! 」

「David is an outstanding host. He contacted me by email a few days before I arrived to provide information about the property. Then he met me at the property even though my arrival time was at least two hours later than I anticipated. There were several texts along the way as well. Truly excellent customer service. The property itself was very nice. Great location, very clean and comfortable, and exactly as described.」
