“The rental was in a great location with a nice neighborhood. Minutes from beaches and about an hour and 15 minutes from Orlando. Many great restaurants and attractions. Conveniently located close to Walmart and Target. Super cute local ice cream shop. Host had many well thought out ideas like including many toiletries, well stocked kitchen, and beach supplies. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Very responsive host. Didn’t have any issues. Pool area could have used a power wash but……

Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Updated property and furniture with plentiful seating ”

The location could not be better...literally 3 minutes walking to the uncrowded beaches. A 15-minute walk into the town center gave options of needing a car or not to explore. ”
