We thought that the villa was overbooked, so that we cannot stay in the reserved villa as scheduled. They just inform us two days before we get there. Moreover, they did not arrange us in the same villa, instead we had to live in a temporary apartment, which is in a very local and dirty place, we felt not secured for the first night. Although they send a driver to pick us up at the airport and deliver the luggages to the original Villa that we have booked on the other day, it stills interrupt our schedules and mood.
Furthermore, they offer the daily cleaning service for us as a compensation for the temporary department. However, the cleaners forgot to lock the door, while we get back the villa at night, the door was wide open and we were furious. The excuse that they told me was the key was spoilt, so they were unable to lock the door. What is an absurd excuse!
Nevertheless, they offer the spa for us as a compensation of the door accident. They apologize for few times though
