「The hotel has potential but the standard double rooms are in desperate need of updating and renovation, they are very dated. The shower wasn't great, I recently stayed in a basic Travelodge in Redhill and the shower was much better there! 「酒店位置非常好，就在地鐵站出口。有點兒舊，整體清潔情況都不錯。由於早機到達倫敦希斯路機場，大概11:00 已經到達酒店。我都冇期望可以即時check in 取房。於是放下行李，前枱通知大概下午兩點回酒店正常可以取到房。下午2:00回前枱說還未有房可以取，但如果肯加錢就可以立即有一間大少少的房可以取。我不同意，她說你要再等到3:00 先可以取房。2:30 再問另一女職員，她也堅持3:00 才可以取房。但如果肯加錢立即有。我唯有等到3:00 先取房。在等候期間見很多比我遲來check in 都可以取到房。非常憤怒。我不相信有數百間房的酒店真的要等到正式入住時間先可以空到一間房給我。在大堂呆等了個多鐘，從來未試過這種待遇，永遠不會再訂這間酒店的房😡😡😡」

「地點方便、隔音良好，有幾晚附近酒吧有聚會，都可以瞓覺。房間算乾淨。尤其是11月3日星期天下午當值的兩位前台職員，態度友善，協助我們預約的士，當中來回的電話查詢，他們都樂意幫忙。美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…」

「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. Two nights stay for business travel

"Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)"

"The location is excellent, within walking distance of many famous sightseeing attractions. It’s close to all the theaters, making it just a short walking distance after a show. There are plenty of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small and lacked a table and chairs, which was a notable drawback of the hotel. But still really good value for money. "
