"This hotel is in a very good location, within a short walking distance of the beach and sea. Prior to making my reservation I called the hotels reservation centre for details to compare with Expedia. There appeared to be little difference, so I chose to make the booking via Expedia.ca. I booked the deluxe double soundproof room, with air conditioning, sea view (The Level), on the top floor of the hotel. When we checked in we were told that only the first 3 floors were open, 4 & 5 were closed due...

"This was a return visit to Hotel Cristina having had a very good first stay. We were in a different room this time and it was noisy, however the staff did try their best to sort this out for us. Other than that we had a good stay."

"We arrived before normal check-in time with the intent of asking to just drop our backpacks until later in the day. However, the front desk staff, without prompting found an available room and checked us in early. "We had an amazing stay. The location of the apartment was excellent with an amazing view. The apartment was well equipped although some of the fixtures and fittings were tired and could do with replacing eg coffee table shelving units. Decking on terrace bit wobbly and some.furniture broken."

"Great apartment for 2 people very friendly very clean Room serviced every day, reception were very friendly Easy walking to shops and restaurants especially Bombay Tacos which was Indian and Mexican great service and lovely food. The hotel was easily walkable and on the level close to beach, funfair also mud baths very near which had flamingos walking around Great time would recommend "

"Great that you can combine a stay at the hotel with free spa access. Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having ! "
