“The hotel facilities are very good, the reception is very helpful and friendly. Overall is very good. The only problem is the transportation, i had landed in Alicante Airport at 10:00pm but could find a shuttle bus available, i finally took a bus to be there. As it's only 5 mins distance by car, i was charged Eur 9.00 with every hour shuttle bus to Airport. If the shuttle bus service is charged and talking about 5 mins. i wondered customer needed to pay Eur 9.00 / seat and wait for almost 1 hr.”

“Cracking location and a beautiful building. Bed super-comfy, shower really good. It was a bit echo-ey... you could hear reception and conversations in other rooms. A shelf in the shower for stuff would be nice. Really loved our stay. Thanks.”
