The location was perfect and street parking wasn't too tedious to find - we never had to park more than 1 block away, and this was due to arriving back to the apartment later in the evening. 「I love how close this property was to the Amtrak train station and Little Italy. The only negative things about it was there was not a microwave and the tv was not working and no response from the host about the tv or any effort in fixing it. The remote needed recharging and there was only 1 channel available. Otherwise, the unit was clean and another thing to note is the front door is directly on the street. 」

「The location of the property is great. You can walk to the beack, restaurants, bars and so many coffee shops. We would stay there again but will double check with the property owner to make sure the deadbolt is unlocked so we can get in without any problems.」

「Very close beach studio. Owners communication was great. This is nice cozy studio. Having a parking spot was excellent. I wish there was a way for the bed to have access from both sides. 「We visited over President's Day weekend and enjoyed this property. It is tucked into a very cute neighborhood with many neighbors. We enjoyed walking to nearby canyons and coffee shops and restaurants. Street parking was very easy and the location was very convenient. We ate out and got take out during our stay-- the kitchen is not fully equipped with enough silverware/plates/coffee maker but had the necessities to get us through. 「We arrived late at night, really difficult to find the little house with out a porch light on.Otherwise just fine. The rain had made the patio kinda messy but we still enjoyed the sunshine.」

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had all the amenities you needed for a stay (coffee pot, hair dryer, beach chairs etc.) There are many good dining options close by, also a market nearby & the beach an easy walk. 「Great stay. The check in was a breeze. Montana made everything so simple. To ly complaints weren’t horrible since the weather wasnt bad. The A/C in the room never really kicked in or cooled off. We had better luck turning it off and turning all of the ceiling fans on HIGH. I would definitely have to rethink staying here again during the summer. That might be a deal breaker. The shower in the room didn’t drain very well. You were standing ankle deep in water during your shower and had to wait...
