Elevator wasn’t working but other than that, it was a nice pit stop on our way through to our vacation destination. Plenty of places to eat that are walkable.

Room was large and very comfortable. Loved the chaise and chair. The only downsides were the tv did not work - it turned on but didn’t connect. The elevator was in need of maintenance and everyone was taking the stairs in fear of being stuck in the elevator. It made a very loud noise like it was breaking down And no breakfast. Otherwise they clean property. I would recommend staying on the first floor.

We were in the area for medical reasons so our minds were not exactly on finding a great fun place to stay. However, Park Manor fully met my 3 criteria - Clean, Quiet and Comfortable. I have to say that we were a little worried about the bar and band downstairs, but the sound stayed downstairs (and our room was on the bar end of the building on the second floor) The walkable eateries were good. We had dinner at the Chili's next door. We had some decent coffee from downstairs and then headed to the Half-Moon diner for the best breakfast. All in all a trying time made a little easier. Thanks!

This property needs renovation. Furniture is in bad shape. It was not enough towels for 2 people in our 1 king room. They just cheap in every way. One cup and one glass in the room and no napkins. Complementary breakfast is a joke. They do not have even room for breakfast. They just put coffee and bagels in the lobby.

The staff was friendly and most helpful. We had a dinner at the restaurant, the kids were able to enjoy the outdoor seating with us , the other guest enjoyed the kids laughing a singing. We love family friendly hospitality when we travel. Thanks Park Manor , we’ll be back to stay again.

It's apparent that this was once a nice hotel, but it has not been maintained. The grounds are unkept. There was also live music playing until 9pm directly below my room. The room was cleaned as much as it could be, but you can't always clean old furniture. There was also an old musty smell in the room and throughout the hotel.
