"Stayed for three nights, the service overall is good, swimming pool is shared with another business, the opening hour is a little too late for me, and it requires a photo of passport to verify in addition to hotel key. One day the clean lady forgot to provide bottle water, but with a phone call, they send to our room. Breakfast is okay, overall a pretty nice place to stay."

"CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night."

"The room was dirty, (toe nail clippings on the floor by the bed) cold (radiator was never more than luke warm) - the beds were very, very hard. the en-suite bathroom had a window into the main room! One complain I would have is for Hotels.com the print out of the booking needs to also be available in the language of the country being visited - the reception staff could not read it - resulting it taking over an hour to get booked in when we got there!"
