When I arrived at check in time, the hotel did not have any clean rooms, and a lobby full of people had to wait 30-45 minutes to get rooms. The manager who came in at that time did the best he could and handled the situation with skill and empathy. The prior manager was doing nothing and being defensive and lazy.

Honest thought and keep in mind I’m a keep to myself,never complain type person . I do travel a lot but typically stay with IHG. 1. Prior to arrival was running behind so called desk to let them know we wouldn’t be able to check in until around 5 am the next morning due to traffic etc. she said no problems at all. Once we arrived there was no reservation at all under my name as they removed our reservation. Linens were clean however it was a struggle to get fresh towels if any were available at all. Staff was polite. Very polite . Other guest seemed to be noisy at all times of the night both above and beside us . Overall I was slightly disappointed however i understand it’s one experience. Thank you have a great day

I didn’t like y’all took money off my card twice. I was charged before I even checked in. I used a 3rd party like Expedia and choose the pay at the property option for a reason. The money that was took off was to be used on my trip and I didn’t get it back until after my trip. Will probably never book there again bc this was not disclosed anywhere from y’all or the 3rd party.

When I first check into my room (which I requested top floor and nobody above me and it was granted) I quickly realized the toilet was running when I walked in and when I tested it if it could flush it wouldn’t.) I immediately went to the front desk and the gentleman working the front desk resolved this and was able to put me in the room directly below. He didn’t huff, puff or make it seem I was making his life difficult which some front desk help can. Friendly staff, EXTREMELY clean hotel, rooms didn’t smell, elevator washed a few times during my stay and overall didn’t feel I needed to double clean counters etc.

The room was fine, but the sheets were stained, the hallway was so noisy, so I called the front desk. There was a strong stench of marijuana and the entire floor where we were. There was no blow dryer and when we asked for an extra blanket, they didn't have any. The breakfast was good.

Ad incorrect - basic room - average breakfast
This was the lowest quality hotel of the four we stayed on. We chose this one specifically for their advertised shuttle service, and their van was sitting in front of the hotel. But, when we asked they informed us they were not providing that service - we should use a ride share service. This change cost us another $70 bucks for two trips, from and to the airport. AC/Heat was fluky - the tiny microwave worked off a master switch at the rooms door. Breakfast was also the poorest and with the fewest healthy options of the four places we stayed at. This road was loaded with hotels - including the first one we stayed at, which was far better in all areas, at about the same cost, and didn't promise a shuttle. I would not stay here again.

Real bad experience at my check in, I had a room with a horrible smell. Someone just smoke weed in that room. My last stay there. Too bad for the hotel must have a bid respect for the clients.
