「Great location!! We walked to the university, the capitol, moody amphitheater, congress & 6th street, even across the river. Great coffee shop blocks away too. You don’t need a car if you stay here but the parking is right next to the front door so that’s easy too. The roof deck is such a treat. It feels like a treehouse, you even climb a ladder to get there. There’s shade & a breeze, perfect for relaxing after exploring. There’s another shady deck on the first floor and an adorable book nook...

「This property was our favorite rental we’ve ever stayed at! Incredibly clean, everything just as described if not better, perfect location, super easy to check in and access everything. We were very pleased and will definitely be back!」

「The house is actually bigger that what the pictures show, and I feel like that never happens with an online listing. The style and decor throughout the house feels like a super swanky, boutique hotel. We comfortably slept 16 friends and family members. The main floor living room/kitchen was the perfect hang space at the end of a night out. The only drawback is there's only 1 bathroom on the main floor that is supposed to service the 8 people that sleep in the basement. All the upstairs rooms...

「We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet, parking was not an issue at all. Close to lots of great restaurants. We truly felt at home here. The property did truly have a "treehouse" feel which added a nice privacy factor! They had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and communication could have not been better. We will definitely be back.」
