「This is basically a family run old school bed and breakfast. Not a bad thing, but something I wish I knew before booking. The plus, it's reasonably comfortable. It's near the lake. The family is friendly. The catch is that there was a lot of kids running around and playing from about 7am to 11pm. 「The room was good as was the bathroom. But the heated pool wasn't functioning and it took the better part of an hour to get the sauna working. Breakfast was good. A bit more service and tea/coffee facilities in the room would lift the experience. 」

「No issues checking in after midnight or getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Rooms are similar to what you might get at an airport hotel in the states except that the furniture is higher quality and there's a coffee pod machine. 「We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights.」
