He communicated all necessary details in advance and leading up to our arrival, including how to access the building if arriving late (trains are always late!). 「Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.」

「We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. 「What a great surprise to have found a tiny pretty hotel, quiet, with great restaurant, and a beautiful pool at the garden. The staff are very professional, kind, polite. The reception is also helpful , always ready to provide information and intelligent suggestions. The room is neat and towels and bed sheets are clean. Maybe a sauna or spa room in a small corner of the garden would have been ideal. I am still giving 10/10 on this hotel. 」
