「I stay with my team here every year because it was good for us but this year not so much. One of our room door was unfortunately left open by a member of staff which was confirmed by the front desk after investigation on CCTV. Thankfully, nothing was missing. Second, the door key did not work so everytime I wanted to go into my room, I had to go down to get a member of staff to open it for me.
