「Decent stay 」

「We had a great stay at Courtyard. The room was clean, facilities were up kept and it was in a great area. 」

「Not totally a bad experience, however attention to details would've went a long way when preparing a room for guests. Got in my first room and bathroom light wasn't working at all. My question is how do you miss that?! Then as I look for the remote to turn on the TV I realize it's nowhere in the room. I go to call the front desk and the phone doesn't work either. I use my cell to call the front desk to ask for a remote and no answer. So I call the 1-800 number and finally get someone to contact...

「When I walked into the room, the temperature setting was at 61° AC. I tried to turn it up, but it was taking forever so I turned it off then when I went to bed, it was so cold that I had to turn on the heat.」

「Stay 3 nights in this excellent property. Our studio was spacious with full kitchen and very clean. Enough kitchen ware provided to make a simple meal. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices. Reception was excellent in providing info and extra room supplies as needed. Laundromat available and not expensive which is a plus when traveling cross country. Many restaurant close by. Supermarket within walking distance. Very convenient location. 」

「Adequate hotel. A little dated, but fit our needs. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, including downtown. Breakfast was nice. The main thing we didn’t care for were the flat pillows(requested new ones and they were the same). And the TV would just turn off after a while for no known reason. We would still stay here again.」
