「Con nosotros, el personal fue muy amable y servicial con un trato excelente. Desayuno buffet, muy bueno y recomendable. La coctelería en la biblioteca, un espacio muy agradable como su barman y cócteles muy ricos, incluso para niños. Quizá la oferta del Rte. Internacional un poco justa para la categoría del hotel, similar a la de la cafetería Art Decó, sin embargo, para la cafetería, suficiente. 」

「Una lástima. Estuve hace años, y ha caído en picado. El buffet tanto de desayuno como de comida absolutamente mediocre. En el desayuno variedad escasa de poca calidad. La comida fatal. Por 24 euros, te tratan fatal (al menos la que parecía Maitre, mayor de pelo corto), como si estuvieras en un cuartel. Y la variedad de cocina y su elaboración, nefasto. Me llamaron en la hora de la siesta para darme una información totalmente innecesaria. Gran decepción. Debe ser que no hay trabajadores...

「Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each...

「Our stay at Sarrato Aparthotel was absolutely wonderful. The cosy studio had everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Waking up to breathtaking mountain views and enjoying breakfast on the balcony was the perfect start to our days. 「The weather was not great as we arrived and left, but it was the front desk that made our stay bright on a rainy day. Angel went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we could enjoy all the amazing places we would have just passed by had he not spent 30 minutes with us mapping out two amazing days. Upon check in the manager was just as accommodating. Well done team. You made a difference. 」
