「The apartment was very good value for money Very Quiet and cosy. All amenities were good . Great aircon and shower hot water . The apartment was clean fresh and inviting . Also very close to bus metro and kulturpark . Staff were excellent polite. Helpful . Informative and friendly ... I can recommend Helen inn suites without hesitation 100% 」

「We enjoyed the stay in your place. Your water massage bathtub is good~ nice idea! Other than the city tour in Izmir, we also like the friendly neighborhood like the 24hrs bread shop, Turkish restaurants. Also, the park and grocery store are nearby.its safe when we walk in the community at the evening time. Just a small adice. For the kitchen, if there are pots and pan, it would be more convenient to use the stove. 」

「Konum olarak fena değil şehir merkezine aracınız ile yada taksi ile minibüs fiyata gidebilir ya da yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz, otel içerisinde temizlik kötüydü, yatak örtümde kırmızı ruj a benzer bir leke vardı bir karış kadar, buzdolabının içerisi kirliydi, çalışma masası gibi masanın ayağı kırıktı, otel içerisinde kavga çıktı ve yarım saat sürdü, bir daha gelir miyim asla」

「The quality of this hotel is beyond what the reviews say! Ozan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! He got us a taxi and suggested places to go and how to get there. The location is phenomenal! It is walking distance to everything. It is a 2 minute walk to Migros (supermarket) , 2 minutes from cafe's and restaurants, and 3 minutes from the beautiful pier. The room itself was very clean and spacious. I got the King bed Jr. Suite and it was so nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals...

「The housekeeper is adorable. She did her best to fix the issues I had in the apartment ( AC not working properly, very poor WiFi, tv same thing…) the apartment itself is raggedy but for the price I think it’ll do.」

「Die Leute an der Rezeption konnten weder englisch noch deutsch sprechen.Unser Zimmer war ziemlich herunter gekommen. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt und das WLAN fiel tageweise aus. In diesem Nichtraucher Apartment waren viele Zigarettenbrandlöcher im Teppich, Sofa etc. In der Küche fehlten Töpfe . Die Unterkunft ist nahe zum S-Bahnhof gelegen.」

「3 büyük yatak, 2-3 tane kanepe var diye oda kiraladık. 2 büyük yatak ve 3 tane eski süngerler özelliğini kaybetmiş kanepe vardı. Great location, friendly staff, spacious room

"Stayed in Izmir for 3 days as a first timer, the hotel is in a convenient location, easy to walk to major attractions. Junior suite was spacious and clean, everything looked quite new. The room also included iron and ironing board, and a jacuzzi. The only downside is the AC, there is only one airway located in the walk way, but not really inside the bedroom, so it can get pretty warm, and takes a lot of time to cool down the room with the AC turned up. Also a lot of power outlets weren’t working for some reason. Breakfast buffet has a small selection and was OK, I belive it doesn’t serve lunch or dinner since it doesn’t have a kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good price for the hotel if you don’t mind the room temperature. "
