「A very nice hotel! Friendly staff.Enough facilities,clean.Buffet breakfast served,many choices. No need to prepaid for staying! Good location -- very close to basmane train station...a lot of restaurants around there...easy to access old markets and Aegean seaside.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Armis Hotel. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcome. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious, with a wide variety of options to start the day. Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay!」

「I do not believe they know the definition of a boutique hotel. Service: I traveled to Izmir to visit my customers in Manisa 4 times per year and I always staying at the different hotels. The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays. Breakfast - The food and atmosphere is decent but the lady served the breakfast is very nice....

「Kiva hotelli, ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Nopea huonepalvelu. Puhdasta. Miinuksena kadun meteli joka kuuluu huoneeseen, vieressä iso autotie ja junarata. Muutoin erittäin kiva hotelli, viihdyin! Lähistöllä ei esim shoppailumahdollisuuksia juurikaan, mutta taxilla pääsee paikasta toiseen nopeasti.」

「Stayed in Izmir for 3 days as a first timer, the hotel is in a convenient location, easy to walk to major attractions. Junior suite was spacious and clean, everything looked quite new. The room also included iron and ironing board, and a jacuzzi. The only downside is the AC, there is only one airway located in the walk way, but not really inside the bedroom, so it can get pretty warm, and takes a lot of time to cool down the room with the AC turned up. Also a lot of power outlets weren’t working...

「La experiencia fue lamentable. Llegar por la novhe y darte cuenta de que te dan una diminuta habitaciòn de supuestamente no funadores con una peste tremenda a tabaco y un cenicero en la habitaciòn. Ademàs tener que discutir con el personal de recepciòn si huele o no a tabaco fue lamentable. De la limpieza mejor ni hablar, porque no existe. Està anticuado y se cae a trozos todo. Punto a favor, despuès de quejarnos nos trasladaron a un hotel del mismo dueño justo en frente. Algo mejor」

「Şehre 2 günlüğüne gezmeye geldim. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Konak-Alsancak lokasyonu en çok gezilecek yerin olduğu merkez yer. Otelden yürüyerek 1-2 km alanda pekçok önemli yeri gezebilirsiniz. Ayrıca danışma vs. çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle kalacağım ve tavsiye edeceğim bir yer.」

「El personal de la recepción es excelente, muy amables y serviciales, pero con relación al servicio de limpieza a la habitación si tienen mucho que mejorar, a la señorita que limpia se le olvidaba dejar toallas, papel y jabón. Pero en general todo muy bien en el hotel.」

Unbelievably Poor

"I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00. Second day, after whole day work outside and returned the room, bed was made and bottle water refilled, however, toilet was dirty but not cleaned, long hair on bathtub (I am short hair without guest visiting in between) and only two mid-sized towels available, improved after complaining. Third day morning, I was trapped in the elevator from floor 0 to floor A, unknown time at the beginning and rescued within 10 minutes, never experienced before. Fourth day after returning, hair from others on bathtub again! I asked whether domestic and international counters in Izmir Airport are in the same building but not actually, identified when we are in the airport. I clearly ordered Virgin Mojito in lobby lounge and came with Mojito and made me feeling uncomfortable even I just took one spoon, I am alcohol allergy. Fifth day, We booked a hotel car to airport, three of us needed to walk with big luggage to another side about 3 minutes without porters’ help. Why the car could not be available at the main entrance to make our lives easier?"
