「Pagamos las casitas, me gustó porque es tranquilo y cómodo. La limpieza no estaba mal, pero habian varias cosas que podian estar mejor, como el baño. La tuberia estaba un poco tapada y la bañera u el lava manos se tapaba. Pero me gusto lo comodo que es para la familia.」

「Cute common space. Water pressure and heat on point. Safe code required to enter. Stark white-blue lighting inside the room as a main source of light was terrible. Sounds from common space transferred to inside the room easily. AC fan options inside room. Fast and communicative customer service. Not bad but pls change the color temperature of the lights and perhaps put foam seals at bottom of door to help block out sound.」

「The hotel accommodation was beyond our expectation. The Front Desk Clerk, Franny was extremely courteous and professional. Our interaction with her allowed us to have a memorable experience on our first visit to Puerto Rico. She is truly an asset to The Looking Glass Hotel and its customers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy the local attractions and restaurants. 」

「 Ellos mandan las instrucciones donde explican y te facilitan el proceso de check-in sin tener que ir a recepción. Lo único fue que cuando estábamos arreglándonos para salir empezaron a meterse un montón de comejen o polilla por debajo de la puerta del cuarto y todo el pasillo estaba lleno de ellos. Nuestro cuarto se llenó de estos animales y en verdad fue incómodo porque eran demasiados. Uno como huésped espera llegar a pasar una estadía tranquila y pasarla bien. Pero de verdad que fue algo...
