「If you're looking for a place just to sleep and be one with nature this is it! Kinda like glamping. There was mice poop everywhere, it's that time of year, didn't scare us. But their was no forks, towels, napkins, they only provided 1 trash bag we went through in a hurry and had to use grocery bags for garbage. Ran to gas station for forks and paper towels. The oven dorsnt wirk, so took 4 hours tobake a 20min bitter braid. Other than thst a good place to rough it and relax」

「The self check-in process was a bit unclear. We were fortunate to see someone near the property who knew the owner. He called and was able to relay better info on how to access the room we'd reserved. When we entered the room across the hall had it's door ajar and the distinct aroma of marijuana was emitting from within. So a little disconcerting as Wis is not "legal" yet. The room we had was clean and well appointed for the most part. Certainly unique with many upgrades. It would be better...

「The host is extremely kind and made the check in process a breeze. He even accommodated a slightly early arrival which he was well within his rights to refuse. There’s plenty of parking and free amenities like AC, cable, complimentary soap, and a little coffee maker. It’s difficult to find lodging in this area and this is a great place if you’re looking to save or in a pinch. 」

「We found this cabin after a last minute search for a rental after finding out a wedding we were attending was farther from home than we thought, and I am so glad that we found this cabin! It’s the perfect size for 2 people and a dog! 「Ideal spot for a family gathering of three couples -- plenty of space; plenty of those small food items you put in refrigerator door (but don't want to buy for just a two night stay). Chris is a very responsive host. And if you come with two EV's, there are two external outlets (both 110v) for slow charging. A bonus. Nearest charger is in the Food Coop parking lot in Viroqua - no charge. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in such a beautiful place. The location is "off the beaten path" so it was quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen were comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the special treat of Peaceful Valley honey - thank you! 」
