「The self check-in process was a bit unclear. We were fortunate to see someone near the property who knew the owner. He called and was able to relay better info on how to access the room we'd reserved. When we entered the room across the hall had it's door ajar and the distinct aroma of marijuana was emitting from within. So a little disconcerting as Wis is not "legal" yet. The room we had was clean and well appointed for the most part. Certainly unique with many upgrades. It would be better...

「We came in for a 1 night stay for a sports game. When we checked in we were able to up grade our room for under 10.00. The staff was truley amazing. I talked with the front desk staff for a few minutes in the morning and she was so personable and truly so very kind. The morning breakfast was perfect for our needs plenty of variety and selections. If im ever in the area of Viroqua again i will definitely make sure i stay at the American Inn again. Thank you」
