「The staff is not friendly. The room is tidy but the bed is uncomfortable and the toilet's ventilation is noisy. Wifi is unstable. Quite far away from city. It is suggested that a microwave should be provided.」

「Good customer service , need to improve the sound prevention or isolation between rooms. No free wi fi provided. The bathing or washing lotion not refilled daily. Next to Mc donald is much more convienence. The location is too far away from the railway station, need to take taxi or bus to railway. No shuttle bus provided.」

「The room faced Prospect St and Jame Ruse Dr which suddenly started to have some road works from late night till morning on the first night after we checked in. There was a lot of noisy hammering. Luckily the duty staff (Bevin) moved us to another room for some sleep and on the next morning, the manager found us another room facing a quieter street.
