On making a booking for a car for one night then, wrong night booked which took several emails to change finally to be told I dont need a booking at the desk, then being charged for 2 nights with an added $75 room charge ? then I paid charged via my phone for a full breakfast before asking what I wanted which was a continental, no refund was send to desk as promised and desk staff brushed me off, Im not sure I'll stay there again, it made a special weekend far too stressful , maybe understaffed but their attitude showed as I observed many patrons getting impatient waiting for their cars and not spoken to professionally , desk staff were doing that as well . I’ve now had three emails with invoices trying to correct my $1100 charge instead of $837 $75 for one car stay as quoted
