「Basic low level accommodation. Not luxury by any means. Booked for access to pool, not for 100 yard trek over field, 24 slippery stone steps not appropriate for octogenarians. Owner blamed you for misleading Web page. Friendly and helpful staff BUT DEFINITELY NOT LUXURY. Very disappointed, you will need to work hard for me to trust our companyagain」

「Very clean and comfortable apartment. Lots of room. The negatives which aren't real deal breakers are the wifi wasn't working but manager did everything to help us and we manage to get it working on patio and living room. So can't complain about the service. The kitchen is great but was missing basic necessities like a kettle and a toster which for us were a must for simple coffee and kids breakfast. The pool was wonderful clean great chairs however its has no shallow part so can't really...

「The apartment was clean and well equipped. The water quality in the pool was checked in the evening (we happened to see this) and the pool was cleaned. Great! From the apartment it was 2 minutes to the bus stop, market and about 4 minutes to restaurants right on the beach. There are small repairs to be done in the apartment, which we have informed the landlord about. We would rent this apartment again on our next visit to Lefkada.」

「They never offered us breakfast. Internet barely worked. Tv did not work at all. They answered our few questions with answers that seemed to benefit them, not us. Best beach for kids was 15 minutes away. They told us it was the extremely tiny one that no one went to near their restaurant. Supe bummer of an experience. I had forgotten i paid for breakfast. They never reminded us. 」
