"Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "

"Small boutique hotel in a very good location (next to subway, close to attractions). The hotel was quiet, staff were very friendly. Even the cheapest room was very spacious. It was superb value for the price. Only downside was shower had a bit of mould on the seals (more a design flaw as moisture can’t escape). "

"We were not able to travel on this date due to family emergency and the hotel refuses to change our stay to the new date or even gave us a credit. We did not want our money just change the date to another date as we were still committed to go to our customer in Shanghai."
