We requested connected rooms, and not only did they accommodate this, but they also gave us an amazing upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this.
