「The hotel and the room were gorgeous. However it is not friendly to non- Korean guests, most of the staff have difficulties communicating in English and it is obvious that their facilities/ service are targeting Koreans like their in room dining system (QR code provided in the room) require Korean number. All those little things made our stay more tired. Overall, the hotel was really nice on the hardware side and had great spaces for kids to run around」

「對這酒店感到非常之失望，員工服務態度不太好，已經係接近八九點check-in時間，付了比平時昂貴的價錢，這是第二次入住，沒有海景房這間酒店什麼都不是，可以不用特登入住，check-in的時候同員工講慶祝生日，一般嘅酒店都會提供升等，或者免費嘅蛋糕，尤其是萬豪嘅酒店集團，這間酒店竟然沒有，而且所有員工都不太主動協助，基本上一聽到你不是韓國人就不太禮貌，不太想協助，這是一間對小朋友不太友善的酒店，任何兒童用品都沒有提供，酒店沒有牙刷牙刷要付費，比出面貴一倍嘅價錢，check-in的時候員工沒有主動提及需要自己購買牙刷！第二次入住對這酒店感到非常之失望，不配這個價錢入住」

「飯店職員非常有禮貌，住宿環境很乾淨舒適。 停車場的標示不太清楚，進入地下停車場時僅標示B1, 直到進入B1停車場時只有愛心車位跟卸貨區，一般車必須繞出來才會看到往B2停車場的標示，如果在入口處有另外標示B2的話就比較不會混淆跟多繞一圈。 這次住宿體驗非常滿意，已推薦親朋好友來入住😊」

「I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation near Busan Station. The location was perfect—so convenient for shopping and sightseeing, with plenty of attractions nearby and easy access to Busan's main tourist spots.
