“Shuttle service was nice to get around, but must be at the shuttle very very early otherwise it fills up quickly and they only run once per hour. Overall a great stay! Would definitely recommend and come back here. ”

“This is the second time we have stayed at the Pier House Resort. The location is perfect right on Duval Street but at the end so it is private and quiet. They have their own private beach which is also wonderful. Our favorite thing is the restaurant though. The food is delicious and you can eat inside or outside looking at the bay. It’s beautiful!”

“We booked three rooms. One room was not cleaned, and the other room's door was not even closed after room cleaning. We came back in the night and found the door was open. We were scared and reported to the hotel immediately. No any feedback from the hotel till we left! We will not choose to stay at this hotel in the future. ”

“We were unhappy with our ‘resort view room’ which was, in fact, a view of a parking lot and laundry-operations of the neighboring hotel. We brought it to the attention of the desk clerk on Check in and nothing was done. We also felt that the $67 per day resort fee was excessive given the high price of the room to begin with. ”

“We loved our stay at the Bishop. Room was large and very clean. Pools were nice and quiet. Breakfast pastries were very good. Having coffee 25/7 was a nice bonus. And,Ivan, the resident cat, made us feel at home. Hotel is walkable to most places of interest. Will definitely stay here again@”
