"Everthing you need at this hotel. "

"Easy and many self service check in kiosk made everything quick. Staff is there to help if needed. Hotel is above Osaka Station and shopping mall so literally every convenience is down the elevator. Rooms were decent size for Japan standards. Everything was clean and hotel provides daily housekeeping which our other hotels did not. The only small tiny ding is the location. You’re about 1 to 2 subway stops from the major Osaka attractions but we did not mind at all. Highly recommend especially for families. Book the Quad Room!"

"Hotel is luxurious and located near Hibbachi station. Bathrooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is great, and the staff all speak fluent English and very helpful. Couldn't recommend it enough! "

"Great property in an amazing location! The onsen was wonderful after a long day of exploration and eating. Its not as robust with amenities as some of the others, but its very clean and has all the essentials nonetheless. The hotel is very close to transportation, food, and all the shopping - all within walking distance!! And yet somehow its also in a quiet location so you can get a good nights rest. Highly recommend! "
