「Pros: Stunning reception area, feels really posh, plenty of parking space, sufficient disabled parking, if you put your number plate in at reception there's no parking charge, bathroom very nice, room very clean, room has a balcony which is nice just to stand out with a coffee and get some air (even if the view is a busy road) , very quiet so had a good sleep, there was some kind of free Starbucks offer in the reception area but I didn't know how it worked and we were in a rush - absolutely...

「We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. We loved going down to the pool and Spa in out bathrobes, although it was a little odd having to walk the whole length of the bar. Never had to do that before. The staff were very friendly. The food mostly good, just one problem on the first night when there was not enough sauce, which meant the food was rather dry and difficult to swallow. I was offered an alternative sauce immediately. The room was lovely and clean and kept warm with the use of an oil...
