「Hotel was perfect! My girlfriend and her husband were in the room next to us. We were able to sit on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful pool. The location is right, smack dab, in the middle of the Quarter. Easy to get anywhere! We had a great time!」

「Great location in French Quarter, just far enough from Bourbon Street to avoid chaos but near enough to allow easy access to that street and nearby restaurants, etc. Hotel staff very nice and efficient. Hotel itself is aging but kept up to modern standards.」

「My room, 313, was spacious ans I loved that it was at the end of the corridor. However, as roomy as the space was, it had NO closet. The door to, what I presumed ahould have been the closet, had an extrs-large HVAC within it AND a significant unfurnished ceiling. Pipes, wires, open drywall were exposed. Not the visual I was hoping to see when I looked for a closet. Overall, not a twrrible stay!」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「The facilities appear to be old. Lights are broken. The room is too dark, the bed is so high. The pool looks nice but didn’t try. The staff is nice in general, especially Jesse.」
