"This is a hidden, quiet gem. We loved our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and we loved having a porch to sit outside and have a glass of wine. It was too cold to take advantage of the public sitting area by the river but... next time! "

"The property was well appointed with everything we could need for our stay and the hot tub was great, as was the game room. Beds were comfy and the couches and blankets fit all 7 of us. Small blemishes here and there was well as some general maintenance needed on the deck / interior, but nothing out of the ordinary for a house like this. Overall very enjoyable stay for the entire extended family."

"We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side...
