Our home sleeps 12 comfortably (5 queen beds and 1 king bed) and has 4 Bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked and has most of the basics for cooking. Please check prior for specifics. We are happy to make sure there are items stocked that you are in need of.
Private backyard with grill, patio set, fire chat sitting area, and in-ground pool and 8 person hot tub.
5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are upstairs. The sixth room is on the main floor with a queen size Murphy bed and a half bath on the main floor.
A booklet of short instructions are available onsite and given to you at check-in.
The Neighborhood
Very quiet neighborhood close to golf course, wineries, and about 2 miles from the Sonoma plaza. This is our home so please be respectful of neighbors. Be respectful and drive responsibly while on our road.

Other Things to Note
There is a little apartment, located on the right side of the 2 car garage that is completely separate and private from the rest of the home. It is used regularly but it does not impact or invade your space.
House policies:
Our home is not available for "partying" or loud groups. Parties will be shut down and reservations may be terminated without refund. Reasonable enjoyment of the pool and backyard is expected.
Sonoma County has a Quiet Ordinance for all vacation rentals that starts at 9pm until 7am. All activity regardless of volume must come inside at 10pm.
Jumping from the balcony will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and will result in immediate cancelation of reservation. Balcony is locked to guests.
No bachelorette or bachelor parties will be accepted.
Glitter is NOT allowed on the property. If glitter is found guests will be assessed an additional $300 cleaning fee.
Refund policy
Reservations are not guaranteed and money is not refunded due to power issues relating to weather or with PG&E rolling blackouts. Generator is on site and available for limited uses in such cases.
Security cameras are located only outside and around the property. there are 3 two-way communication devices outside. 1 in the front and 2 in the backyard for urgent situations when we need to communicate with guests. We do not monitor the cameras but they will alert us of any outdoor activity after 10pm in which we will need to intervene.
By booking this home you electronically agree to these rules and acknowledge there are ceramic tile floors, decks, landscaping, open fire, pool and spa (hot tub) and other amenities that could be dangerous to children, others and yourself. You also acknowledge and accept that you and all of your guests and invitees undertake all use of the property at your own risk.
