「Fantastic hotel in Rishikesh. Very clean, big rooms, great service. Pool table and fuseball table on the 4th floor foyer. Lovely roof terrace with views of the surrounding hills. Very modern and clean. Would definitely recommend for families. Only slight issue is make sure to pay in advance or have cash, if you’re and international traveller, as their payment machine doesn’t not accept international cards (credit nor debit). 」

「My stay at Lemon Tree was truly wonderful. I was warmly welcomed with a delightful smile, and the kids had an absolute blast. The housekeeping team, including Deepak, Sachin, Suraj, Arjun, Harsh, and Gaurav, took exceptional care of us. The café on the top level offered breathtaking views and a caring staff—Arjun, Harish, Rakhi, Divyanshu, Pakizee, Aasma—and especially Himanshu ensured that the kids were having a great time. I'm deeply grateful for their attentive service and hospitality.」

「Good place to stay if you plan to be out and about in the city. 」

「Great for the price but you get what you pay for. Its acceptably clean, comfortable and safe. BUT very noisy, congested, dirty location. If you like or tolerate Indian grit, noise pollution and chaos, then this is the place. If you seek serenity and the calm of the Himalayas and the Ganges River, spend more money and look elsewhere. 」

「It was a superlative stay with the people running it and working in it going above and beyond to make sure you are content and well looked after. Sourabh and Vijay in Front office were exceptional and most helpful. As was the lady whose name I did not catch. They looked after you like family. Only constructive feedback I can offer is that the hotel adds more items to the menu — especially Room Service. 「Staff was not good they were looking for only those people who were ready to pay high even hotel room conditions was not good at all and we’re not properly organised 」

「Overall satisfied but would have been great if the room and so property was maintened to high standard . Bathroom was in need of mordenising. It was very cold and demp room , my clothes were felt wet in the morning . Could be better as staff were excellent and the restaurant was excellent .」

「The entire holy town of Rishikesh needs an overhauling and transformation like Varanasi has witnessed lately. The same is applicable to this hotel property too! A constant upgradation is a must in order to survive this competitive industry. The reason why Thailand is being preferred over Goa or Kerala by Indian tourists is not monetary only but also has to do with the service quality and facilities.」
