「The location isn't great for all the sites. There's better option. It's quiet and peaceful, that's a plus. The room wasn't cleaned that well, found hair in the shower and on the towels. The shower is below average. 」

「Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. Dining options in the restaraunt very good 」

「The hotel is at a good location and the new building is great besides the restaurant too is wonderful with great food and wonderful live music. The worry is if you get a regular room you will get a stale room with bed sheets and walls very stale. Pls only consider new building not the heritage (old wing) 」

「For the budget price, this was a good stay. We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was adequate. The rooms were quite basic but we loved the mountain views. We hired a motorbike from a nearby shop so it was easy to move around from this hotel, otherwise that would've been a problem because of the location. At least 30 min walk to Laxman or Ram jhula. The better vibe is on the other side of the river so it matters. The water heater took a long time to heat up and the drain clogged easily, but...

「Smelled of mold, so badly I couldn’t breathe well. Manager said “no problem” we will give the refund. Contact hours are from 12am-2pm. They never responded to Expedia’s attempts to refund my stay. My credit card refunded my stay, instead.」

「Great location. Nice to be able to spend the hottest hours of the day at the pool side gazing out towards Ma Ganga River. Location good for walking to shops & attractions. Staff helpful upon request. Nice air conditioning & clean white sheets although big stain on one of the pillows. Very high taxes that make the price exceptionally misleading upon booking. Almost 100%! Room had many thick dust & unwiped counter surfaces eg tea box lid, shower glass, cubbies for clothes. Windows & balcony...
