Goede bedden, 1 minpunt: de liften. Een drama. Er is 1 in gebruik en dan zitten de schoonmakers er ook nog vaak in met hun kar」

「The staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for everyone. They bring clean towels and empty the rubbish every 2 days. Pool are ad pool were well maintained. The apartments are starting to look dated but are comfortable and a good size. The building could do with renovations where plaster is cracking or missing.」

「Outlr top floorappartment was very well appointed and stylishly decorated with comfy beds, good little kitchen and large balcony with a180 degree view. Couldn’t fault any of that. Just as we were leaving after onlybone night's stay the loo wouldn't flush. No phone to call reception and when I went down to use the loo there there was no one around. The worst aspect howevercwas checking in. It was sooooo slow. There were 3 groups ahead of us when check in opened at 3pm. We were there forc at least...

「Very clean but complex is in need of revamp. Towels and bed linen clean but worn. Staff very helpful and polite. Slightly stressful as no code was sent for key safe as we arrived out of hours. Security guard could not help us but emergency number on reception door gave the code. 」

「All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property. 」
