"We asked for the towels to be changed at an specific date and did not happened … when we asked to be changed we were told that they will change them the day we are living which as you can understand did not made any sense Overall the property has great amenities "

Our initial issue with our room was very quickly and efficiently dealt with, no fuss or drama, just moved to another upgraded room without question, very reassuring. Los Christianos is a lovely quiet haven, filled to the brim with quality bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. A nice peaceful relaxing break was just what was needed and H10 hotel did not disappoint. "

"Staff were really friendly and worked really hard to keep the guests happy. There was a great variety of food in the morning for breakfast and tasted great. We stayed in a family room and it was large although on the lower ground so not a great balcony although meters away from the pool and the restaurant. I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again."
