「Hôtel sale, (chambre pas nettoyée, tâches sur les draps) très mal insonorisé (on entend les gens en « soirée » et autres parties de jambes en l’air), avec zéro chauffage (heureusement, des couvertures (ou des paillassons ?) sont fournies. Aucune lumière dans la chambre, juste des lumières d’appoint. Sale de bain écœurante avec joints pourris. L’ascenseur fait peur en tremblant violemment à chaque étage. Résultat : impossible de dormir de toute la nuit. Je ne recommande pas.」

「Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. I did communicate with smart flats whilst there, they said that they would sort it out but unfortunately they didn't whilst we were there for the two nights. The shower wasn't that...

「We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay」
