"Very limited breakfast: cereal with hand scooped portions, open container milk and juice, no hot or even warm items to eat. Stained and cracked bathtub so I would not bathe here. Slippery bathtub, but there was a handle. It smelled clean. "

"We had to pay $25 a day to park in the Hotel parking lot . We have never paid anything to park in the Hotel parking lot. The bartender Mitch was great , very friendly and helpful with information about KC . "

"We came up here for one night to help our daughter move. The room was nice and comfy. The breakfast was great. The pizza rolls on the breakfast.bar was unexpected. The staff were very helpful. We will probably stay here again."

"The check-in was not good. She could not find our reservation and it took her FOREVER to finally figure it out. The elevator was out of service one day. We were close to an exit and the shutting of the door was VERY loud and closed often. Our reservation was made 6 months in advance and prepaid. You would think we could have had a quieter room. "
