Clean new hotel with cool helpful and polite stuff. Canteen bar is awesome and work areas in the lobby are pretty comfy. Rooms are the same as in every CitizenM - small but comfortable and packed. Hotel located in the downtown LA - that’s enough said about the area around the hotel. The closest parking garage is 38$ overnight and pretty safe - no incidents in 4 days. Some other parking garages around could be cheaper but not sure about their security.

I really liked the inside decor! Whoever your decorator is needs a raise! The restaurant inside was open all night and made great accommodations for us when we needed some food. I really enjoyed the iPad and how easy it was to use! This stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying here again!

Really convenient the staff were really nice. Only thing is that there’s a lot of homeless people around but they have security to make sure you’re good. Even the security were really friendly
