The exterior and lobby area are very, very nice. But once you get past the lobby, it’s not quite as elegant. More like a cheap, bare bones motel. Two paper cups, minimal coffee provided, and no creamer unless you go to the front desk each time (5 floors for us). No wash clothes provided, only towels. Bathroom was visually clean, but smelled badly of sewage. Neighborhood is very inner city, with tons of small shops. Residential area around hotel seems very low-income. I felt safe, but probably wouldn’t stay there again. One plus is the free parking.

Great hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good underground parking. Room was comfortable and a nice gym also. Good location in Koreatown and good driving distance to downtown, Hollywood, etc.

My stay at Aventura Hotel was great! Easy check in, low deposit, and I love how the staff are very aware about what's going on at the hotel so safety is a plus. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Location was close enough to family and friends. I'm glad the TV works in the rooms as well as wifi. Most places one or the other does not work. LoL. Rooms are really nice and clean. Overall this hotel is a 9.5/10 in my book and would recommend it to anyone staying in LA.

Good central location. The parking garage was very convenient because you need to rent a car if you are traveling to LA. They dont provide slippers so if you like that then bring your own. Staff is average, didnt feel highly professional but generally nice people. When we were going through the parking garage we noticed the workers at the laundry room and some towels were on the dirty cement floor.

Very convenient for business trips due to location and parking access/security. The rooms are average, clean though dated. minor cosmetic repairs would help the aesthetics. Overall it is fine for the fees they charge; however, no convenience when it comes to food choices unless one is familiar with the area/neighborhood and where to go within walking distance. Staff is very nice, friendly and present well.
