"Shuttle to the Airport was full, and some of the people who waited the longest couldn’t fit in the van. They had to wait another hour for the next shuttle or find other means of transportation; there was multiple guests who had to do this. I recommend either expanding the shuttle service to accommodate more passengers, or at least load passengers on first come first serve basis. Or even require reservations for hotel guests so that you know if it’s gonna be full or not, so everyone has better...
