「The rooftop bar is truly the star of this NYC hotel. The view is absolutely incredible. I enjoyed the lobby area although when we first arrived the sofa was dirty but it was later cleaned. The rooms were clean and efficient. Overall it is a unique and comfortable place to stay for a few days. 」

「Location was perfect walking distance to many landmarks i.e 15 mins from central park and Times Sq. And Bryant park was up the street which was cool. We arrived before noon and our room was ready and also upon checkout they allowed us until noon with no extra fee. Front desk provided us with complimentary water bottles whenever we asked for them which is a bonus. Our room 2305 was cool and had a view of empire state building and was quiet.」

「This property was clean, quiet, centrally located. The resturante had many options and a well stacked bar.」

「Room had lamp shade missing. Everyday after I left the room, I could not access my room. Door card has to be reactivated everyday when I returned from an outing. Apparently they do that for "your protection". I am not sure how deactivating key card protects me. No one can get into my room unless they had a key card. I was never told at check-in that this was their procedure for rooms there. A guest should not have to go to the front desk to get back in their room every time they leave.」
